Denis Carey made certain that the right vehicle was chosen and ordered at the right price with the right options in the right color. He followed through on every promise and did as much paperwork as possible in advance. It was a truly enjoyable experience. Mike Wang showed me how to use the car and its many features, and expertly explained the paperwork. Chris Gioffre, the service manager, took the time to meet me and to walk around the lot to talk about the cars and to show me the colors. I have just taken my car for my first service appointment (and to repair a scratch) and everything from making the appointment itself, to the follow up during the repair, and the loaner car was excellent and well above first class service. I do not hesitate to recommend this superb dealership, and travel over an hour to get there! Best prices, best selection, best customer service, best attention to detail, and best car service. What a wonderful experience! If you live anywhere near this dealership and want to purchase an Audi, this is definitely the place to go!! We were traveling home from Florida and If you live anywhere near this dealership and want to purchase an Audi, this is definitely the place to go!! We were traveling home from Florida and stopped there to get some help with our key fob. Chris Gioffre, the service manager went out of his way to help us. He treated us like long lost friends. He took the battery out of his own key fob, invited us in for coffee while we waited and had our car washed. Salesman Florentino Ayende even made us a cappuccino coffee and told us about the cars on the floor. You couldn't ask for nicer people. My current car is a Lexus but I have been an Audi driver for many years. I loved my Audi! So, yes, definitely buy from Ray Catena Audi. You won't be disappointed! Great dealership, great people! More

Great service experience This was my first time using Ray Catena for service, as it is a new dealership and it did not disappoint. From the moment I got there, I received top notch service. When you get there you pull into an automatic garage that opens up and you pull into their super clean, huge garage. Their service team is immediately there to greet you. From that moment on, you know you are in good hands. Chris, the service manager took care of me and had my loaner ready for me. I was in and out within 5 minutes. When I returned to pick up the care it all of the necessary services were performed and my car was cleaned beautifully. The next time I purchase a vehicle, this will be my only stop. More

BEST SERVICE EVER I had my 2013 Audi Cabri serviced by Ray Catena Audi in Freehold, about the best service experience I have ever had and I have had many. as a long tim I had my 2013 Audi Cabri serviced by Ray Catena Audi in Freehold, about the best service experience I have ever had and I have had many. as a long time luxury car driver. I was attended to immediately, the work was done as promised and I actually received a phone call to advise me my car was ready. When I returned the spotless loaner I was given and once again attended to immediately I was escorted to my car. It was returned to me in such pristine condition I had to be sure it was mine, it was a clean as when delivered as a new car. I even received a phone call the next morning asking if I was satisfied with my service experience. I can't say enough about my service advisor Michael and most of all Chris the service manager. The service this deanship provides is enough reason to gat a car there, a true Ray Catena experience. More

Amazing Service Expierence Being a Ray Catena Lexus customer for years I could not wait for the Audi dealership to open so I could service my A8 at one of his facilities. The level of customer service is amazing compared to my past Audi service visits at other locations. From the moment you enter the enclosed service department you know you are in a first class operation. (in the past I had to park out in a lot , many times in the rain and walk into a small service area to service my A8). You are greeted by a service member who will direct you to a service desk where you are taken care of without a wait. The write up process was painless and I was provided with a A8 loaner. Service manager Chris Gioffre made sure I was satisfied and taken care of properly throughout my service experience. My car was returned to me washed, serviced and repaired perfectly. I was so impressed by the dealership that I decided to purchase my next car from Ray Catena. More
