Change is wonderful! Professional and Sincere!! The forces of Nature caused my Lexus to Rest In Peace. It was a blessing in disguise. Buying a new car, and thinking about all the frustration and pressure that goes along with this experience was giving me anxiety . However, from the minute I walked into Audi Freehold I felt relaxed and comfortable. The girls at the desk were friendly and helpful. Roberto is hands down the man that sold me on switching over to Audi with zero persuading or pressure. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my test drive a fun, exciting experience. Thank you for your patience - as I came from an older car and was not skilled in utilizing all the electronics/, the bells and whistles. Lol! He actually found my CPO in which I ended up purchasing. I love my A4! Due to unfortunate circumstances, I was unable to purchase the car from Roberto and had to purchase from the lot it was on. Thank you Chris G for getting to the bottom of the confusion/ mystery and helping out. Roberto is a man true to his word as he promised that he would treat me as his own since I would be using Freehold for services. I've serviced my car a few times and it's such a smooth, professional and pleasant experience. Always a friendly smile & helpful. Thank you to all. More

He followed through on every promise and did as much paperwork as possible in advance. It was a truly enjoyable experience. Mike Wang showed me how to use the car and its many features, and expertly explained the paperwork. Chris Gioffre, the service manager, took the time to meet me and to walk around the lot to talk about the cars and to show me the colors. I have just taken my car for my first service appointment (and to repair a scratch) and everything from making the appointment itself, to the follow up during the repair, and the loaner car was excellent and well above first class service. I do not hesitate to recommend this superb dealership, and travel over an hour to get there! Best prices, best selection, best customer service, best attention to detail, and best car service.
