He’s really experienced, incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful, and kind. He communicates well, follows through with what he says he’ll do, and goes the extra mile. My 17-year-old van had been towed in to the dealership with a broken ignition mechanism. The windows were down at the time, and Chris went out to cover them up with plastic overnight because rain was in the forecast. What’s not to like? I’ll go back to Honda Burlington every time!
