Hi, I'm Chris, I would like to say, “I’ve seen the whole world”, but my world is small figuratively speaking. I live a humble life with my family north of Columbus. I have three children with the love of my life, Sheila. Our oldest Rachael is finishing her Ph.D. in Science, at Ohio State. Our son Christian; a new father to Jude, gives music lessons to all to support his family, and Joel works part-time while pursuing his passion for writing. A family to complete one’s life. I once was a Milkman from 1991-1997, and then into car sales in March of 1998 at my local Honda dealership. In April of 2007, I came to Germain Honda in Dublin. My goal is simple, everyone’s satisfaction reached! A Christian for 42 years, husband for 37, father for 34. 22 year Honda Council of sales leadership recipient and Gold Master achiever. I also reached the "Top 100" sales guild (nationally) 2 years in a row with Honda for excelling in sales and customer satisfaction.

Chris was knowledgeable about our concerns and obviously we were happy with his response. This is the third car we bought with Chris. We specifically sought him out when were ready to buy. We actually did visit a different Honda dealership and felt pressure to buy which we never felt with Chris. I was happy to return to Germain. More

VERY DISHONEST!! Just bought a used 2013 car. Drove it off the lot and check engine light came on that night. Chris Glover our sales person told us to bring it right Just bought a used 2013 car. Drove it off the lot and check engine light came on that night. Chris Glover our sales person told us to bring it right back in and he would have it taken care of. We did. Twice. Each time he told us a service person that is even better than the last one knows their stuff and will get to the bottom of it. Picked it up from the second time and then engine overheated on the way home. Chris now says there is nothing more he can do for us and to get an attorney. Horribly unethical. Bought the car on the last day of the month so I am certain he met his sales goal at our expense. Hope he can sleep at night. This xxxxxxx type of transaction is why used car salesmen have a reputation for being slimy. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I deal with Germain. My family including my parents have been buying cars there for over two decades and I have sent a lot of referrals to them..they just lost it all because they couldn't do the next right thing. Hope it was worth it...... UPDATE-- I have asked for the past two days for the service records for this car to show what they have done 1) since it came into their possession and 2) since we dropped it off and were promised it was in good working condition and the best guy they had looked it over and fixed it. Chris told me to get with his manager, Ryan Cox to get this information..,I called and left message and also sent email. Neither Chris nor Ryan are willing to provide that information it appears. Please beware! It isn't that a problem occurred-- it is how the business and the person chose to manage that problem and that is without integrity. They are the face of Germain and I hope everyone is very careful before they decide to purchase a used vehicle here! UPDATE: Ryan provided service records and also we found after having the car towed and sent to a reputable service shop that many things promised by Chris were not completed as part of the intake of this vehicle. They still will NOT provide me with the service safety inspection details they completed upon intake of the vehicle and Ryan has informed me all of the items have occured in the 19 days since we purchases the vehicle. He refuses to admit they were deceptive in how they sold this car. Fluid levels and condition alone of those show they didnt' do the proper inspections. He told me to have the car towed at my expense back to them. They would try to see what the problem is. They have had this vehicle three times since purchase with the same issues and missed or refused to acknowledge the real issues which the other service station found immediately...AGAIN-- BEWARE!!!!!!!!! the warranty they offer is the fox guarding the hen house and their excuse to be deceptive. Every person we talk to also says a reputable dealership would make this right or let you return the car in the first 30 days, I think we know why they don't do this-- their service station and sales people on the used side are stereotypical used car people. It is why that stereotype exists, shame on them all. More

Great Salesman! I'm a junior in college and Chris has helped me find both my current and previous lease with Germain Honda of Dublin. My senior year of high school, the car I thought would last a couple more years decided it was time for it to go. Chris was there to help find an affordable lease to get me through high school and into college. This past summer, that lease was up, and as a college student who is 2 hours away from home, I need a reliable car to get me to and fro safely. Chris gave great advice on what he believes I should do (lease, buy used, etc). He isn't your ordinary salesman who tries to pressure you into buying something you really don't need/want. He makes sure that you have the reins and he just takes you where you want to go. Thank you, Chris for all of your help! More

Chris made the experience great I would not say that the dealership itself is better or worse than any other one out there, however Chris did make our experience a great one.
