When we walk through the doors, he treats us as if we were his friends (I feel as though we have become friends, since we have purchased our last three Honda vehicles from Chris). Even though we live much closer to another Honda dealership, we drive the extra miles to work with Chris at Germain because we feel we get the best trade in price, the best new car price, and the best follow up after the sale. During the entire purchase process, he is never high pressure. He allows us to make the decision that is best for us. Chris has called us several times since our most recent purchase just to check in with us to see if all is ok. We will definitely return to Germain Honda the next time we are ready to look at new cars and will work with Chris Glover to make it happen! More

My most recent purchase was guided by Chris Glover @ Germain Honda, and Mr. Glover made the experience enjoyable, and extremely positive.. Throughout this purchase, Mr. Glover was considerate, caring, along with keeping his focus on my overall customer satisfaction in mind. Our interaction took much longer than planned, but Chris was patient, and I never felt rushed to make a decision.. I also never heard the dreaded "what can I do to get you to make a deal today", definitely a turn off!! Because of this, I was able to take my time, do my research, and make an informed comfortable purchasing decision. Mr. Glover is a breath of fresh air in an industry that has historically not had the best track record, and Germain is extremely fortunate to have him as an associate. This time I decided to purchase the current lease for a daughter in college and lease a second car. I arrived at Germain about 2:30 and had a goal of being out by 4:30 because of traffic in the area. Chris led the charge but the finance people were great and I was on my way by 4:30. The car (2014) Accord was only available in black so Chris found the color I wanted and had it ready to go 24 hours later. Drove in, got a great demo from the service people and found it to be no hassle. Chris and the finance guys got me into two cars, one brand new, under my budget. And he listened to what I needed and did not try to pressure me into a more expensive car. In fact, he suggested I look at a slightly cheaper one to see if it fit my needs. It was fine but I have had good look with the accord sedan so I stuck with it. Highly recommend Chris Glover and Germain. More

I decided one Saturday that it would a good idea to get a new car before by old one stressed me out too much. My mom had worked with Chris Glover in the past and highly recommended him. She actually called, as did I, to see if he was busy and could work with me that evening. He was very welcoming right from the get-go. He quickly got my car appraised and got me in a FIT for a test drive. Upon my return I loved the car, however the monthly payment we discussed was just a bit high. He saw how much I liked the car and got the "guys" to get my payment to what was comfortable for me. I was very excited (and surprised) to drive off in my new car that night! Just like my mom, I would highly recommend Chris and the Germain staff! More

Chris appraised my lease car at that time and said he would keep an eye out for me on any Honda - specials and contact me when something came up. We had a few interactions between mid-October and Mid March... but then this past Saturday he called at 2PM with an offer I liked. I was in the dealership at 3.30PM and drove out at 5PM with a new car. Excellent. Chris is down to earth, to the point, no-nonsense and quick. He tells it how it is. Like most people, I've dealt with a variety of good and not so good car-salespersons in my life... Chris is definitely a couple of notches above anyone else. Recommended! More
