This is the second time I have worked with Chris Glover. The first time was in May 2011. He was able to get us pretty much where we needed to be and I thoroughly enjoyed his attention and the car. This time, I went back to him, and began a little early before my lease expired. I was close to over mileage and was looking to stay with Honda. Most people might be annoyed on the number of times I kept asking questions, but Chris wasn't (that I know of!). He answered all of my questions and then some. He did everything he could to get my business. This time was no different. He gave me everything he had. I happened to also have my brother-in-law involved at the last minute, getting the name of Bill Alston. Both he and Chris took all of our offense and made our day on Sat Mar 8th. To see that Chris had moved on up to a corner office and made the Top 100 is no surprise. He is a huge asset to Germain. Thanks. More

I give the whole process a 5 Star. Chris Glover was great to work with. He offered input on the vehicle that we considered and also pointed out some features of the competitors that we did not know ab great to work with. At no time was pressure put on us to purchase additional upgrades or warranties, but they did go over the options and made it clear that the decision was entirely our own. Jack Lee was also great, he worked with us on our down payment as we wanted to charge the whole thing to our credit card (airline points) and he was thorough when going over all the paperwork. I highly recommend Germain Honda, especially Chris Glover and Jack Lee. More

I came into Germain Honda of Dublin after having visited another dealership. The service in Dublin was remarkable in comparison. Chris managed to get me a better financing deal than 2 offers I already had on the table and do this on short notice (all was done in one evening!). This allowed me to roll out of the dealership with the car I wanted and a payment plan I could live with. Moreover, Chris was refreshingly honest and forthcoming with all the positive as well as negative aspects of the purchase, giving me all the facts I needed to make an informed choice. I purchased a Pilot three years ago from Chris Glover. I live in Lima which is approximately 1 1/2 from Germaine Honda. I had purchased an extra dent warranty on this vehicle at the time of purchase. When I called to find out how to schedule an appointment with the "dent doctor" Chris asked about my mileage. I was only 3 miles away from being out of warranty. Chris assured me he would take care of this and make sure I received the benefits of my warranty. Sure enough he got back with me and had my vehicle repaired under warranty at no cost to me within five days. On my trip down to fix this issue, I went ahead and purchased another car from Chris Glover. This type of service rarely happens. I am very thankful I found such an honest and helpful salesman. I will drive the distance from my house to make sure I continue to get this kind of treatment and service. Thanks Chris Glover!!! More

In the span of two months I have purchased a Honda Pilot and leased a Honda CRV. Chris is exactly the opposite of what you would expect from a car salesman. He was straight forward and had our interests at the forefront when dealing with my wife and I. My experience was so good that I was back within two months having Chris set me up with a lease on a CRV. I can't imagine not working with Chris for any of my future car needs! More

Everyone in the place thanked me for my business, including Jessica Germain!! I saw her commercial and e-mailed her to let her know I had a great experience, and she e-mailed me back personally. I bought a car at Germain Toyota in '09, and they were nice, but Germain Honda is SPECTACULAR! The finance guy was great, the sales people were all great, and when you're all done you get a session like Bond meeting with Q so they can show you all the neat things your new car can do! I got a brand-new '14 for the same price others were selling a used '13 for. Can't beat that!!! Honestly, I left feeling like everyone in there was my friend, and that all I ever have to do is call or stop by and they will ALL do whatever they can to help me. GO HERE!!!!!! More

Went to Germain Honda to price the 2014 Accord and see what they would give me for my trade-ins. I worked with Ralph Udonkuku, which in itself was a pleasure. There was no pressure by Ralph to purchase, and if there was something he was not sure about(cost of accessories), he found out, so there was no misunderstanding down the road. He took me to Service and introduced me to the Service Mgr. and Parts Mgr. I really didn't expect that. He explained that the people in Delivery would explain all the technology of the car to me, and I could stop in any time with questions for them. I met Chris Glover, who responded to my original email inquiring about the Accord. During some down time, I was able to converse with Stephanie and Susie, which was a pleasure. When Ralph came back with a price, I was very happy and made the purchase. I decided to purchase chrome wheels and aero spoilers for the front, back, and sides. The accessories were to be installed in a couple of days. When I returned to have accessories installed, I decided to wait. After some time, Ralph informed me it would take longer than anticipated, so we went to Service and Nick said he would get a rental for me at no cost so I could go home and return later. WOW!!!!....unexpected surprise. Ralph was awesome....down to earth...straight shooter (which I really appreciated), and quite the gentleman. Everyone that I met and spoke with at Germain, made my car-buying experience the best ever. Germain Honda now has a customer for life. More
