The dealer took over 3 hours to complete my first oil change. During this time, we repeatedly had to chase someone to get an update on my vehicle. Finally we were told that the tech in the back “lost” my change. During this time, we repeatedly had to chase someone to get an update on my vehicle. They then washed my car (never asked if I wanted that done) and the vehicle had some sort of oily film on it. More
