Service personnel were great to work with. Super friendly. Only complaint is that it took an hour and a half for a basic tire rotation, and software update. As I was sitting in the waiting room I observed just how many vehicles are brought in to be serviced daily here. It's a lot. I think just about anybody would struggle to keep up with that many vehicles coming in and out. I'll keep coming back though because I love the products and services that Hyundai offers. More

Well I have had nothing but problems with this service center. This is the fourth problem: Hyundai Service had my car for over a month for a new engine. I did not have any communication with them un center. This is the fourth problem: Hyundai Service had my car for over a month for a new engine. I did not have any communication with them until it was done about a month and two weeks later. I picked up my car Friday morning and after I got home I realized that my antenna cover was missing. That is not the worst of it. I called and talked with a supervisor and I was told they got a new car wash and this is not the first time this has happened. Well I think if Hyundai knew this was a problem they should be checking the cars..... So now I have to go back into service dept after they get the part to have this fixed....
