The service center operates about the same as most others, and the staff seems capable. However, one major issue stands out: there is no option for a loaner vehicle when they need to keep your truck f others, and the staff seems capable. My truck is brand new — I purchased it with only 45 miles on it — yet it already has several problems. The front camera and bumper appear misaligned, there’s a rattle coming from the roof, and there’s noticeable discoloration in the paint on the rear bed. All of these issues should be covered under warranty. I was asked to leave my truck for repairs and offered a ride to work, but since I work in The Colony, that doesn’t help me. If a dealership needs to keep a customer’s vehicle for warranty repairs, providing a loaner should be standard. As the customer, I expect that level of support, especially with a brand‑new truck.
