I bought a 2017 dodge journey used. the price you see is not what you will pay. We walked in and they immediately tacked on a 2000+ certified fee I told them i'm not paying it and was going to walk out the not what you will pay. They came back with a monthly total i said it was too high and wanted to stay around $150-$180 instead of coming down on price they pulled a fast one and made our loan terms longer. If i wasn't handling kids I would've noticed it instead they quick rushed us into a room to sign papers thinking they had come down like we wanted them to. Our second key doesn't even match our car it has a hatch button and automatic start neither of which this vehicle has. Not happy and wont be back. I did email Agata Klos stopped getting replies when i showed them proof of the price of the car and proof of what we paid. More

I have purchased many new vehicles in my life and was truly impressed with his prompt replies to my questions as well as his (seemingly rare with car salesman people these days.) lack of attempt to pressure me into buying something off the lot. I contacted several dealers and was unable to even get a quote from all but 1 other dealer which felt like pulling teath to get. The rest kept ignoring my very clear ( and multiple) requests for a quote always responding by asking me to stop in and check out their inventory. If I purchase another Jeep, Dodge etc. it will be from Chris! More
