After signing in with Chris, I went to the lounge to wait. Upon arriving, a nice lady was filling the popcorn machine etc. and asked if I would like something to drink. I said I would like black coffee, she kind of wrinkled her nose and I said "unless you have cappuccino". She said she did and asked me to sit down and would I like chocolate in it. I said yes and she brought a cup to me. She told me if I needed anything else to let her know. My van was ready sooner than they said and Chris had it pulled in the building, just steps away from his desk. It was great. More
