They are very truthful about what needs to be done right away and what does not need to be done right away and can wait. They make sure you get in your car ok and open the door for you when you are ready t away and what does not need to be done right away and can wait. Poor from start to finish. I made an appointment based on open times every 10 minutes, then waited 1.5 hours before my car was looked at. The car needed a radiator but the radi I made an appointment based on open times every 10 minutes, then waited 1.5 hours before my car was looked at. The car needed a radiator but the radiator was not in stock. This was Thursday morning before Memorial Day. I was told it would be Tuesday-Thursday of the next week before the car was ready since they had to get the radiator. I understand no shipments on Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day), but what about Friday and Saturday? Tuesday I called for an update only to be told the radiator was there, but the team assigned to work on my car was off that day (what??). I was told I could come over to get something needed out of the car, but when I got there they couldn’t find the keys to my car and couldn’t reach the service advisor to locate them. Wednesday when I called for an update I was told the radiator was delayed in arriving (I already know the radiator is there from the previous update), so the car wouldn’t be repaired that day either. The car was ready on Thursday. One week for a radiator:( More
