Wonderful experience John Tripp, Chris Hall and Tom Lapointe went above and beyond to assist my fiancé and me with our car EVEN though I hadn't bought my Kia from their de John Tripp, Chris Hall and Tom Lapointe went above and beyond to assist my fiancé and me with our car EVEN though I hadn't bought my Kia from their dealership. service.... quality.... kia of Greenville I was greeted warmly with a big smile by Chris Hall who without an appointment wrote up my request for an oil change and car.wash. The tech that I was greeted warmly with a big smile by Chris Hall who without an appointment wrote up my request for an oil change and car.wash. The tech that worked on my Cadenza was very knowledgeable. He checked the car from the bottom to the top. He changed the oil and filter in a timely manner and when. Completed he drove it over to the wash bay. He nice in the wash bay that team got to work making my car look showroom new inside and out. The car was delivered back to Chris Hall who said that I will need brake service at the next oil change and gave me an estimated cost. .Chris had my bill ready and I was ready to get on the road again in about an hour or so. I am glad to have the opportunity to tell everyone about my experience and if in Greenville SC please baring your vehicle here for service. More
