I responded with I appreciate the thought, the ONLY way I would even consider is if I could get into a vehicle and lower my payments, however I don't think you could do that, being as that I had a bad experience with you guys the last time I bought from you. Didn't even offer me payoff on a car that I had for a year and only put 10k miles on it.... it made me have a real bad taste in my mouth, and I didn't realize it until I got home with my new car. My fiance and I both agreed I wouldn't go back to crookeville Honda for my next purchase because of that.... I get what it's like to be in sales as I used to sell vehicles but sometimes you've gotta think like your customers would in order to keep recurring customers. and he has yet to respond. I feel like he knows he’s done me wrong. I will not be going back to crookeville Honda. More

Whoever detailed the two cars we test drove did a terrible job, but the young man ayden did a great job when we went back to get it cleaned, he managed to remove all the stains on the white seats and terrible job, but the young man ayden did a great job when we went back to get it cleaned, he managed to remove all the stains on the white seats and was very professional..overall everyone was great!!!
