Three Honda dealerships attempted to diagnose and repair my 2024 CRV Sport L Hybrid and came back with no answers. No solution. No clear direction. What started as a mechanical issue.... turned into a FRUST my 2024 CRV Sport L Hybrid and came back with no answers. No solution. No clear direction. What started as a mechanical issue.... turned into a FRUSTRATING AND DAUNTING EXPERIENCE. 👉🏼THEN...... this STOUTHEARTED team stepped in.👀 A BONA FIDE HONDA DREAM TEAM‼️ Service Manager... Chris Hammock put me in contact with Service Manager Josh Savage and Technician Alan Sons; They need to pin a medal on these folks.... They chose to confront a case others had effectively walked away from. They didn’t treat it like just another repair order — they treated it like a problem to be solved. They approached it with integrity, patience, and disciplined focus. But what truly set them apart was how they treated me throughout the process. At no point did I feel like a burden, a problem, or an inconvenience. I felt heard. I felt respected. I felt like they genuinely cared about getting it right — not just for the vehicle, but for me. They worked through the complexity instead of around it. They refused to settle for assumptions or temporary fixes. And in the end, they delivered what no one else could: a clear diagnosis and a complete, decisive repair.
