Chris is the consummate professional, always following through on what he says with your best interests in mind. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with him as my service tech for the last 5 yea through on what he says with your best interests in mind. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with him as my service tech for the last 5 years, and he is always dead on in terms of your car and what it requires to keep it on the road, running at its best. I highly recommend Chris as the top BMW Service Tech I've had to fortune to work with at any BMW Dealership/Service shop. More

I bring my vehicle to the dealership annually. This time the dealership dropped the ball with its lack of communication. Text messages went unanswered and the main phone line was full and not ab This time the dealership dropped the ball with its lack of communication. Text messages went unanswered and the main phone line was full and not able to accept any messages. I never received an "official" notification that the car was ready -- I had to call in and hope the call would be answered. The car was dropped off on a Wednesday morning. I knew it would need to be kept overnight. I called late Friday afternoon and was told the car would be ready within an hour and that the paperwork was being finalized. I arrived to pick up the vehicle Saturday morning -- no paperwork. The dealership's communication totally fell apart during this annual maintenance visit. I truly hope it improves. More
