Service department, Chris Hartt was very disrespectful and not helpful at all completely unprofessional and I’ve tried to get ahold of a manager to clarify issues. Zero response and sent to a voicemail ev and not helpful at all completely unprofessional and I’ve tried to get ahold of a manager to clarify issues. Zero response and sent to a voicemail every time. Finally got David on the phone the manager and he was even worse than Chris, these guys are so unprofessional and not anyone I would recommend to deal with. Also we have previously purchased a truck from them in 2022 with cash and are treated like this is crazy. More

Best buying experience by far. The process was so quick and everyone was so kind. There is not enough room in this template to say all the things we want to say about Dave P. During the process of 4 vehicle sales, he has offered professional, transparent, thorough, and friendly servi things we want to say about Dave P. During the process of 4 vehicle sales, he has offered professional, transparent, thorough, and friendly service. Not to mention, he has saved us $1000s of dollars on brand new vehicles! For this last one (Ford F150), we had become victims of the “Awaiting Shipment” purgatory. After two months sitting in a yard in Michigan waiting for transport, Dave raised xxxx and ruffled feathers, and our truck became shipped “priority” and got to us in 6 days! Dave had our paperwork waiting and I doubt we spent 15 minutes at the dealership. Didn’t even have to wait in finance, Dave did everything with us right at his desk! Because of Dave, we have completely changed our outlook on car dealerships. Dave has made us into Gary Yeoman customers for life (unless he leaves, then we go where he goes). More

Had to go to service for two nails in two tires, or so I thought. Lee Mercier was phenomenal and awesome. He was honest with me and told me that I didn't have to patch two tires.
