I was snubbed by a Service Advisor on an Oil Change/Tire Rotation as the Shop was too busy. Went to Service Advisor Steve Rothe and after hearing the situation, got my truck right in and then didn't charge Rotation as the Shop was too busy. Went to Service Advisor Steve Rothe and after hearing the situation, got my truck right in and then didn't charge me for the visit. This what taking care of the customer means!! More

As always the Service Rep was very courteous, knowledgeable and fast. Ford Mechanics were at the top of their game and also friendly. Made a trip to the Parts Dept and had the same problem as alw knowledgeable and fast. Ford Mechanics were at the top of their game and also friendly. Made a trip to the Parts Dept and had the same problem as always. The door alarm sounds but no one comes to the counter. You have to 'yell' to get attention. Should have a better system! Not to take anything away from my phenomenal service that I received. I have been visiting Palm Bay Ford since 2010. More

My husband got a great deal. Very friendly and honest. Gary Yeomans Ford was my most relaxing dealings with a dealership. When we visited Gary Yeomans Ford we were treated like a relative, ( I know what your thinking, thats what every relaxing dealings with a dealership. When we visited Gary Yeomans Ford we were treated like a relative, ( I know what your thinking, thats what everyone says when visiting a dealer.) But believe me I was trying to get into a new car and without a problem they got me into not only a new car but a beautiful absolutely fantastic deal on the car I chose with very reasonable pymts. If your tired of all the crap you go through when visiting a dealership then rest assured Gary Yeoman Ford of west palm is a sure bet that you'll walk away feeling good about your choice. I'm about to buy another NEW car and yes I will be going to Gary Yeomans Ford to buy it. Replacing a bad tire I had a bubble form in one of my tires. It was a factory defect and still under warranty. I should have received an new one for free. Palm Bay Ford is #1 I have been using this dealership way before 2013. I can't honestly remember how many cars we bought here but it started for a Ford Explorer.
