Jon & the WRT team were great! Due to the pandemic, we did our first meeting via video, got everything lined up and then when we went in we did the buy-out on our truck lease and also bought a second truc did our first meeting via video, got everything lined up and then when we went in we did the buy-out on our truck lease and also bought a second truck. Everything went smoothly and quickly when we arrived. Even though you could see the dealership was busy, Jon was organized. He was great in working with us on what we wanted but also our budget - as well as the Finance Department. They presented different scenarios and Jon talked us thru each, helping us to come to a conclusion as to which was best - we left feeling good about both purchases. I walked in not knowing what Toyota model would suit me best. Dave Bennett explained the amenities of no less than 10 different vehicles. When it turned out that our preference wasn’t readily available she worked out an even superior substitute, and working with her has been such a pleasure we’ll certainly look to her again when the older vehicle gets traded, regardless of multiple options.
