I spoke with this dealer about getting a new 4Runner ordered after speaking with many other dealers. Jon & the WRT team were great! Due to the pandemic, we did our first meeting via video, got everything lined up and then when we went in we did the buy-out on our truck lease and also bought a second truc did our first meeting via video, got everything lined up and then when we went in we did the buy-out on our truck lease and also bought a second truck. Everything went smoothly and quickly when we arrived. Even though you could see the dealership was busy, Jon was organized. He was great in working with us on what we wanted but also our budget - as well as the Finance Department. They presented different scenarios and Jon talked us thru each, helping us to come to a conclusion as to which was best - we left feeling good about both purchases.
