This time our salesperson, (as our usual "go-to" salesperson, Bill, had been promoted since our last visit) was Kasia and she was very friendly, helpful and attentive. This was our first time leasing and had many questions. She was able to answer them like a pro and wasn't afraid to ask her sales manager (our old friend, Bill) if there was something she wasn't sure about to make sure we had the correct answers. Chris Hatch in finance took very good care of us to explain the different features and plans and was able to keep our payment in our budget. So far, we are loving our new RAV 4. Thanks again! More

Friendly knowledgeable staff put me in my dream truck After searching the internet for the right dealership and the right deal, I inquired about a vehicle from White River Toyota via email. Marty Adams put together a YouTube video showing the vehicle I was interested in and a rough estimate of the cost. I was impressed. A few phone calls and emails later, I made my way to the dealership. Long story short Marty put me in the truck of my dreams and it was within the budget range I was hoping for. Marty and the team made the process easy and led me in the right direction. And although it was a busy Friday and he was working multiple deals, I felt like I was the only customer he was dealing with. Once I was moved into the office with Chris to finalize the deal, he was friendly and knowledgeable and he worked to get me the best prices possible. All in all, the experience was fantastic and I will highly recommend White River Toyota to any of my friends and family. More
