No Bullcrap = Happy Customer Made an offer on a used vehicle. The salesman was helpful, direct and honest. Unlike so many car dealerships, I never felt like someone was trying to Made an offer on a used vehicle. The salesman was helpful, direct and honest. Unlike so many car dealerships, I never felt like someone was trying to add hidden fees, sell me something I didnt ask for, or flat out flat out take advantage of me so I was happy to spend my hard earned money here. Terms and price were clearly spelled out with no pressure. Service after the sale was also stand out, as a warrantied item was taken care of 100% inside 48 hours Including parts and installation, and even though the warranty had a deductible, the service writer took care of it with no cost to me. I would definately shop here again. More

Buy Local! I have owned 8 Toyota vehicles since 2000. Each time I went to the local Toyota dealer and each time I purchased at another dealer. The new dealersh I have owned 8 Toyota vehicles since 2000. Each time I went to the local Toyota dealer and each time I purchased at another dealer. The new dealership in Richmond totally met our needs including price, quality and CUSTOMER SERVICE. We really could not have been happier. I have already sent four customers to Cronin Toyota because of our experience. Chris was polite, knowledgeable and did not push. He took more time to educate which led us to our decision to buy. When we replace our Avalon XLS we will be back. More
