Bought a 2020 Nissan Rouge from Chris John, Chris was very professional and understanding of my needs and budget I had set for monthly payments. He stayed on top of getting my vehicle ready to take home very professional and understanding of my needs and budget I had set for monthly payments. I live in Astoria and was dropped off at Valley Steam Honda by my daughter who was going to the beach so I made it clear to Chris that I had no way to get home other than buying a vehicle. Once decided on a vehicle I sat down with the financial officer Jamel who also was straight up and honest with the fact that having a low credit score was why my interest rate was high, I expected that. He advised me and went through all charges and why on my bill of sale. Last he mentioned that once I raise my score and lower rates are available I should refinance to lower my monthly payments. I strongly would recommend Valley Stream Honda for your next purchase and hope you get lucky to have both Chris & Jamel handle you purchase from start to finish and have you leave happy & satisfied with the vehicle of your choice & budget .
