We had to drop off our 2016 Toyota Tacoma on December 22nd, 2021 due to damage from a recall on the third light, moisture got in the inside cabin and mold was present. Our truck was ready for pickup on March 4th, 2022. When they brought our truck to us, there was a oily handprint on the back of the passenger seat and the truck was filthy dirty.
