Disappointed. I bough a used Tacoma and Landers fixed the window regulator AND the luggage rack rubber stripping that had come loose. While good communication and quick service, found we had the water pump replaced when in fact my mother, the owner, had that done just two years ago elsewhere. Spent $3600 but no car wash or vacuum! I bought a set of tires. The tire guy ssid it would take 45 minutes to a hour a tops to install them. It took over 2 hours. I have purchased two trucks in the last 5 years from you in the past. I have bought six cars from this dealership over the last 10 years (for myself and various members of my family. We bought our cars at good prices. The representatives listened carefully to our requirements and found us cars in our price range (low) with the features we wanted.The cars have all performed above our expectations. We drive them hard. All of them have over 150k miles and the two we sold had 250k when we sold them and were still working great. I attribute this to the excellent service we have received over the past 10 years (also at this dealership). More
