Do not buy the prepaid service from Toyota. They don’t do as good of job and only oil changes and tire rotations are covered. This service team is prolonging other things needed in my car becau They don’t do as good of job and only oil changes and tire rotations are covered. Just wanted to thank both Mark Daniels and Chris Johnson for going beyond expectations to accommodate my needs. When making my appt, Mark first tried to see if it could be a quick fix by attempting to unsti for going beyond expectations to accommodate my needs. When making my appt, Mark first tried to see if it could be a quick fix by attempting to unstick the 3rd row seat in my vehicle. Unfortunately, the seat was stubborn and wouldn't budge. When I came in for my appt, Chris too, tried to see how to fix my seat problem. After a few attempts, Chris took my car into the shop to get a mechanic's assistance. Final outcome, Chris said the seat had to be sawed off. I had already resolved that all I want at this point is to get the seat out and keep it out if need be. Got the car home and husband couldn't get the seat removed. After several attempts of tugging and shoving etc. he was able to get the seat to finally 'slide'. After much manipulation he was able to flip the seat 'up' and finally 'out'. It is now working the way it should. Just wanted to give a big thanks for all the extra effort of both Mark and Chris and especially the diligence and special attention Chris gave to find a resolution to the seat issue. (by the way - my husband is not for hire...he's already retired...just joking) More

On my last visit, I asked them to check on a camber adjustment bolt. My Highlander was still under warranty. I had another service facility perform an alignment and they told me they couldn't complet adjustment bolt. My Highlander was still under warranty. I had another service facility perform an alignment and they told me they couldn't completely align my vehicle because the camber adjustment bolt was "defective". I took it to Landers Toyota to have them check this since it was still under warranty. They found nothing wrong except the alignment was off. They realigned my Highlander properly and did not charge me for it because of the incorrect information I had been given. Lesson learned, go to Landers the first time. More
