Chris responded promptly, answered all of my questions (and I had plenty!), and I found a Jeep that I was interested in online and inquired about it. Because I was a state away, he worked with my family that lives in KC to put a deposit on the vehicle and start working through financing until I got into town for the holidays. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was spotless with a big bow on it. Our interactions with Roger in finance were quick, simple, and I left feeling like I'd made a rock solid decision on purchasing from this dealership - particularly for my first car purchase! I never felt misled or pressured and I absolutely love my new vehicle. More
