I have been with Don Ayres Honda since 2018 helping people get the vehicle they love and enjoy. I'm a Fort Wayne native, we spent some time out west growing up, L.A. and Phoenix. What a great experience. Growing up my Dad was a car salesman. He worked for Don Ayres Honda and retired from the company. So I knew when the opportunity came a long it was a good fit for me. Most of my working career has been in the restaurant business. In my free time I enjoy listening to music and playing Bass guitar, camping hiking and kayaking. I've always enjoyed working with customers and making their experience a positive one. That is important to me, to take care of the customer as I would want to be taken care of. The thing I like about the position I am in now, is we follow through with what we say we are going to do. We want to make sure your experience is pleasant and enjoyable and continue to take care of you in the long run and not just a lifetime customer, but also a long time friend.

First service visit and it went well. Zach was great to me and very nice. I inquired about 2 separate things and he couldn’t help with either but it doesn’t seem like his fault. I wanted my car ran through the wash because of all the salt on the roads lately and he said he couldn’t. Also asked about a paint chip that I thought was covered under the ding and dent which he said wasn’t. 2 things I wanted done couldn’t be but i don’t think was his fault. More

Appreciated the no pressure sales approach and the explanation of the car's accessories, however, I am disappointed that this model did not have a radio that was satellite ready so I could use Sirius explanation of the car's accessories, however, I am disappointed that this model did not have a radio that was satellite ready so I could use Sirius XM. I've had to use my IPhone to activate the stations I have listened to in the past. I also miss the power seat that I had on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. Like the solidarity of the vehicle and comfortable bucket seat on the driver's side. Appreciate the space at the back of the luggage area for now I can place my golf clubs in the trunk horizontally and won't need to lay the narrower back seat section down to place my clubs vertically. Time will tell on my total acceptance of the first Honda I ever purchased. More

I was able to make a deal over the phone and they communicated well through the whole process. There were no surprises the day I went to the dealership to finalize the deal.
