I've been going to Joe Rizza Acura for over nine years with my 2005 Acura RL that I purchased there. . They take excellent care of my car, it now has over 202,000 miles on it and runs great! I've dealt with Charlotte Guinta the longest - nearly thirteen years. She has always proven to be knowledgeable and easy to do business with. ECU RECALL SERVICE Scheduled my recall service and car was taken promptly at 0730. I actually forgot my updated insurance card but Chris worked with me on getting it em Scheduled my recall service and car was taken promptly at 0730. I actually forgot my updated insurance card but Chris worked with me on getting it emailed from home so I could take the courtesy vehicle, which I appreciated. Car was immediately ready for pick up when I arrived and had been cleaned as promised. My only gripe is I was told to refill the gas tank in the courtesy car I was given. I only drive a total of 24 miles and averaged 21.7 MPG. When I filled up with gas it took over 3 gallons and $13. Obviously, the car was not filled entirely when I picked it up. No big deal, and hopefully, unintentional, but you multiply that by thousands of courtesy vehicles loaned and the cost of gas and it adds up to a lot of dealer savings. I told Chris it wasn't a big deal, only a few bucks, but it was noticed. My wife had her Toyota serviced recently and she did not have to refill her courtesy vehicle. I would suggest, as a luxury auto dealer, Acura consider doing the same. More
