Chris Knutson has enjoyed working for Niello Acura since 2003. He uses the Acura concierge approach to serve his clients for now and all future relations. Clients continue to be completely impressed by how his demonstration drive is more of a real world driving seminar which shows off the features and benefits of the vehicle they are considering. He enjoys spending his free time with his wonderful wife, raising two nieces, adventuring with their two Parson Russell Terriers, and hiking California trails, peaks and mountains. The whole sales process was handled very professionally from all those involved. Product knowledge was so very helpful. Lots of technical stuff to learn. No high pressure sales tactics. This is our 4th Acura MDX since 2009. Beautiful car; the facelift/redesign this year really pushed it into a true luxury car level. We were considering a Volvo XC90, but the Acura was a b Beautiful car; the facelift/redesign this year really pushed it into a true luxury car level. We were considering a Volvo XC90, but the Acura was a better car at a better price point. The folks at Niello Acura were easy to work with, and Yana was super nice and helpful. She let us drive the car alone so that we could try it on the freeway, around town, and make sure it fit into our garage properly. They chased down the exact model/color/package we were looking for and retrieved it overnight. She gave us enough information to set things up without confusing us. Brian Watkins is new to the finance dept, but he was easy to work and chat with; a local guy who might adopt a stray cat we are attempting to find a home for! No tension. Overall a very satisfying experience. More
