Chris Knutson has enjoyed working for Niello Acura since 2003. He uses the Acura concierge approach to serve his clients for now and all future relations. Clients continue to be completely impressed by how his demonstration drive is more of a real world driving seminar which shows off the features and benefits of the vehicle they are considering. He enjoys spending his free time with his wonderful wife, raising two nieces, adventuring with their two Parson Russell Terriers, and hiking California trails, peaks and mountains. From the first interaction the service was first class. We traveled 2.5 hours to look at a car they had. As soon as we arrived they had the car ready for a test drive! Never did I feel pressured or like I was just a sale to them. Chris really took the time to go over all the technology in the car. I had lots of follow up contact with them all well. It was great to call and actually ahold of the finance guy when we had question. I would definitely travel back to that area to purchase again. More

Overall, a very good experience. Our salesman, Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
