From the time I drove onto their parking lot to the time I drove away in my new Kia Sorento Hybrid SX, it was a pleasant experience. Lindsay in customer service was great as she jumped through hoops to set my appointment up with Chris. David Rich, the delivery manager, was very helpful and explained a few after market items very well. When we got to talk with David Rich the delivery manager he walked us through everything for the warranties the extended warranty which we got as well as the undercoating for the car the importance of it why it's so necessary and we got it also and we will be getting the other ones as my money permits us to get the painting coating the inside the frame of the car to protect us from rust. He walked through everything it was a real education for me and we made great choices because of that. It's the best customer service I've had in a very long time. More

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process and I could not have asked for a better salesperson to help us. He was able to tell me everything about the car and has made himself available if I still have any questions, which I found to be extremely kind. The pricing was very fair and I was able to get the exact car I wanted. I love my new Seltos and I'll definitely be going back to Raymond Kia for any future car purchases. More
