I joined Audi Atlanta in April 2021 and haven’t looked back since. I have been described as enthusiastic, growth oriented, hardworking and client focused. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Audi e-tron from Audi Atlanta on 2/14 and didn’t officially take delivery until 2/19 due to the vehicle having to be inspected and reconditioned. Over the years, I’ve owned five Audi vehicles and currently still own two, so I’m very familiar with the brand, but this has been by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Everything is great when you’re buying the car, but the moment something goes wrong, the entire attitude shifts and level of service changed. Right after getting the vehicle, I noticed issues with the electric motors and the suspension. I immediately contacted the dealership to have it looked at, but they blew me off for several days before finally getting me in. When I brought the car in on 3/2, they confirmed there were problems. The vehicle ended up needing a major repair, an electric motor replacement. They also acknowledged the suspension noise and claimed they fixed it as well. They kept my car for 24 days, and I didn’t get it back until 3/26. They did provide me with a loaner vehicle after i almost had to beg for it, but it was not an EV. With today’s economy, I ended up spending a significant amount of money on gas, something I would not have had to do if I had been given a comparable electric vehicle. On top of that, I still had to make a car payment on a vehicle I only had in my possession for a few days. Unfortunately, the suspension noise is STILL there, despite them saying they replaced multiple parts and test drove it several times to ensure it was resolved. I called them the very next day and now have to bring it back again. This has been a huge inconvenience. At this point, they have had my vehicle longer than I have. Extremely disappointing experience from a dealership I expected much better from. They made sure the car looked perfect cosmetically, but clearly failed to properly inspect it mechanically before selling it to me. More

When I tell you we felt like MVPs or VVIPs, I am telling you the truth. Chris made sure we knew every detail and working of the car before we left. He knows the car very well.
