Chris was born in Edenton, North Carolina and has been living in Atlanta since 1988. He joined Audi Atlanta in 2003. As a senior member of our Service Department, Chris uses his many years of expert experience to advise our clients and provide them with the proper amount of attention and efficiency that they deserve. Chris is married to his high-school sweetheart, and together they have three beautiful children. He is a die-hard college football fan and enthusiastically supports the Georgia Bulldogs. Chris' favorite car is a 1967 Mustang Shelby GT 500; however, he does have a special place in his heart for the 1994 Honda Civic.

Kudos to my Service Advisor Chris Lee. In March of this year my car timing belt broke on my 2018 Q5 and damage the motor to the point where it had to be replace totally. Chris was helpful In March of this year my car timing belt broke on my 2018 Q5 and damage the motor to the point where it had to be replace totally. Chris was helpful in contacting the company and explaining the situation. He called me to let know that they had agreed to replace the motor free of charge . Through-out the whole process Chris kept me informed without me having to call him from the loaner car to updates on when the new motor would be in, to the finish repair. The entire staff at Jim Ellis Audi Atlanta are simply superb. This is one of the best dealership in my very personal experience from Sales to Services - and I had had the first hand experience of both the depth within a span of a week. Audi was backed up with a great deal of repair work. Said I would have to leave the car. I explained that I needed my vehicle repaired as soon as possible since I was undergoing constant medical treatment every day. My car was ready that early afternoon with all work done. Thanks Chris. Tis the Season! for Another 5 Stars! Had an issue with my Q3 Door handle. I received a quick response from Heidi Turner on the online appt via the website she was able to get me an Appt. Had an issue with my Q3 Door handle. I received a quick response from Heidi Turner on the online appt via the website she was able to get me an Appt. the next morning. I was surprised when Chris Lee said he would need the car for more than a day! I explained to Chris, I have to have a car he said no PROBLEM, Heidi has you a loaner car on reserve. I was like I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Heidi and Chris continue to deliver outstanding service. I really appreciate the effort and hard work they put in representing Jim Ellis & Audi Atlanta.
