The finance professional, who is not listed in your employee roster, (Kempleton Forrest) was efficient, albeit more business-like. This may be because he is new in his position. He was pleasant enough, and ansered all my questions. I found it interesting that he first offered a 6-year warranty, and only offered the 3-year warranty option when I asked proactively. I would advise Audi to have all their finance professionals offer all warranty options, up front. It is more transparent to the consumer that way. More
