The service department is one of the worst departments I have ever dealt with. I would never step foot in the service department again. If I were to purchase a car from them again, I would definitely work w have ever dealt with. I would never step foot in the service department again. The service management are unreliable, are not honest, and will do everything in their power to lie to you when all you want is the common courtesy to just be honest. But the sales team is amazing in all aspects. I just wish it was the same experience from the front of the building to the back. Route 18 Dodge do better with your service department. They need a refresher on customer service and manners. More
