Chris was born in Edenton, North Carolina and has been living in Atlanta since 1988. He joined Audi Atlanta in 2003. As a senior member of our Service Department, Chris uses his many years of expert experience to advise our clients and provide them with the proper amount of attention and efficiency that they deserve. Chris is married to his high-school sweetheart, and together they have three beautiful children. He is a die-hard college football fan and enthusiastically supports the Georgia Bulldogs. Chris' favorite car is a 1967 Mustang Shelby GT 500; however, he does have a special place in his heart for the 1994 Honda Civic.

25,000mile checkup completed on time with no issues. Perfec When I arrived my service consultant was at the door to greet me. Initial paperwork was prepared in advance. Service Always exceptions I've been taking my Audi's to this dealership since I bought my first one in 2001. (I'm now on my second one.) Replacement of break fluids wasn't necessary 95k maintenance service. Chris suggest to flush break fluid, recommendation is to replace every two years. He missed seeing that it was flushed last y 95k maintenance service. Chris suggest to flush break fluid, recommendation is to replace every two years. He missed seeing that it was flushed last year, he missed seeing in my car history. Next day, we found out that break fluid was flushed unnecessarily. Chris responded to my query that he will credit me on my next visit. Other than this mishap, overall experience is good. Chris is a nice guy, things happen. More

Flagrant overcharging Chris was our service consultant for our issue with our A4. We brought the car in for a noise in the passenger rear wheel and an we brought the car in for a noise in the passenger rear wheel and an engine light. engine light. We received a call from Chris shortly after dropping the car off with an explanation of what the issues were with our car. A wheel bearing was the issue for the noise on the rear wheel and the engine light was a result of the turbo no longer working efficiently. Never will I ever buy an Audi ever again. And my 48 years I have never had to replace a wheel bearing on a vehicle. So many things go wrong with this vehicle on top of its over exaggerated sticker price. Chris quoted us $3100 to replace the turbo and 1200 and some change to repair the bearing. Due to the sticker shock I was forced to call around to some other Audi certified mechanics. Thankfully I did as I was quoted 1100 for the turbo and 500 for the rear wheel bearing repair. Wow Chris... I must have had a sucker stamped on my forehead. Not today my friend. More
