It shouldn't take 6 hours of waiting and the general software update for Ultium vehicles should be done at every dealer visit. GM dealers don't have sufficient training for EV line and they refuse or afraid of doing updates. On the positive side, the parts guy working there is great and very helpful. They also patched my leaking tire for $40. More

Greg and Lorenzo were very honest and more than making a deal they were much more interested in building a relationship with us. They really made us feel welcomed and got us to comfortable finance terms on deal they were much more interested in building a relationship with us. They also were the only dealership that offered us max value for our trade in beating Carvana, Carmax, and other Chevy dealers. If I could give these guys a higher rating I would!
