Outstanding Customer Service I could not believe how amazing my first expierce with gateway was. I had an awesome salesman who really knew what he was trying to get me into. I went in with my heart set on a buying 2017 Chevy Cruze, drove off the lot leasing a 2017 Chevy Malibu. They give you the most ideal deal for you. Happy Chevy owner! I had my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 for over 5 years and for the past couple of them I've been looking for something newer and possibly bigger. I went to Cad I had my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 for over 5 years and for the past couple of them I've been looking for something newer and possibly bigger. I went to Cadie and asked for some advice on how to go about getting something different. She explained some different options and set me up with a great salesman. Chris and Cadie spent as much time as I needed answering all my questions and getting me in the best finance for the pickup I wanted. So yes, I would be more than happy to send other friends and family to Gateway. More

Chris Lehfeldt is the kindest, honest, salesmen! We drove thru the lot on a very, very cold day, and we asked him to just check a price for us, and he did, and was not pushy at all, and said, if you We drove thru the lot on a very, very cold day, and we asked him to just check a price for us, and he did, and was not pushy at all, and said, if you have any question let me know, and said you guys have a very nice day when we left, so a couple hours later we came back, and my husband went in the store to locate the nice salesman, and that is how we met Chris. The sale was so fast and easy, he knew everything about the vehicle, and we love our new Escalade! Jason was amazing walking us thru the paperwork also, very, very nice! More
