And they understand my language - thingee, whatchmacallit - etc. As a single lady I appreciate their attention to detail. Between oil changes I can go in and have them check my tires. Service was great; very thorough and attentive. My expectations were exceeded. I was kept in the loop on all repairs and given various options on how to proceed.
