Jennings Chevrolet - Outstanding purchase experience I purchased my 2015 Z06 Corvette from Jennings Chevrolet and they did an excellent job of handling my entire buying experience. They have one of the most professional staffs I have ever met or worked with. My buying experience was exceptional with regard to the how I was treated by everyone at the dealership. They have a very friendly and polite staff and everyone I encountered at the dealership made me feel welcome, and they all expressed their appreciation for my business. Chris Hallenberg took care of my order and delivery of my vehicle demonstrating his expertise, Davis handled the transaction paperwork making sure I understood everything along with pointing out additional warranties I might want to consider purchasing to protect my vehicle. I have never taken delivery of a vehicle so well prepared before, the Corvette was immaculate when I received it. The vehicle orientation was done very professionally and I drove away feeling very positive about the entire process. Great dealership - great people! More

Wow -- Best Service Ever! I've had the great pleasure of working with Chris ("Mac") McElroy in the service department. I've been bringing my car -- an aging Corvette -- to Mac I've had the great pleasure of working with Chris ("Mac") McElroy in the service department. I've been bringing my car -- an aging Corvette -- to Mac for years, and he always has been extremely helpful, informative, and friendly. This past visit (around two weeks ago), Mac outdid even himself. My car was basically dead. It sat out all winter, and was suffering from a multi-systemic breakdown. Well, Mac came to the rescue. He worked with the mechanics to identify and prioritize the problems, and we conferred before each step was taken. Mac's strategies and recommendations were spot on. We fixed one problem at a time, always with an eye towards efficiency and cost-effectiveness. To make a long story short, Mac rocked, and the car somehow is up-and-running, at a very reasonable price. Please take your car to Mac for service. You will be thrilled with him and your service, and you'll never go anywhere else. More

Adel Ubeid and the entire Jennings team is the best! I just bought my 4th vehicle from Jennings and have to say, I will never go anywhere else! They helped me get into a car and a payment that fits my new and active lifestyle. Have bought 3 cars from Debbie Ress in last 3 years. She stays with us every step of the way looking to fill our requests. Persistent but not pushy. She also calls when there is a special opportunity available and treats me as a long-term friend/customer. Service is fantastic. Have not yet had a bad experience since I changed from Bredeman to Jennings (Bredeman was very inflexible and cold). I think the 630am service hours helps me to get there and get to work after the service call. The facility is friendly, clean and refurbished. 4 stars to Debbie Ress for caring 4 stars for service - always perfect 4 stars for Bob DiCicco who handled my last 3 transactions. More

Jennings Chevrolet always has the best price on all the trucks I have ever purchased. The staff is friendly and out to please. I am treated like a friend. Other dealrships don't come close to Jennings in a trucks I have ever purchased. The staff is friendly and out to please. I am treated like a friend. Other dealrships don't come close to Jennings in any aspect or their operation. I stopped at several to get comparison pricing and the sales staff seemed disinterested. Second new car purchased from Jennings and so far I'm quite satisfied with the car even though I've only had it for two days. If anything goes wrong I'm sure that Chris or "Mac" in service will take care quite satisfied with the car even though I've only had it for two days. Mac is always very nice and pleasant & takes his time to listen to whatever the problem might be. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer (me) is satisfied. It's worth going to Jennings vs. anywh listen to whatever the problem might be. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer (me) is satisfied. It's worth going to Jennings vs. anywhere else for having my Buick serviced. I highly recomment Jennings. And, whenever possible, I ask for Mac when making my appointment. This is the best advertisement around-simple word of mouth from a very happy customer! More

I have been a loyal Jennings customer for 19 years. It started when my '91 Blazer was stolen when I moved back to town after being out of state for 5 years and they put it back together to my satisfaction started when my '91 Blazer was stolen when I moved back to town after being out of state for 5 years and they put it back together to my satisfaction. After 10 years and 109,000 miles I purchased a 2000 Blazer from Jennings. This Blazer is now 10 years old with 133,000 miles on it and still running. Rarely when I call to make an appointment am I told they are too busy. My Blazer's last visit was for a cooling system problem. I had taken my Dalmatian to the vet and when we got back in, the check gauges light came on and I saw that the temperature gauge was heading towards the red. I called and left a message for Ken Ward, my regular service advisor. I called back later and found out he had already left for the day. I asked to be connected to Rick who used to be my service advisore before he became a manager and explained what was going on. It was too late to get a rental so I had AAA tow it to Jennings because Rick said he would take care of it for me and I knew he would. Unfortunately they were too busy that night to get to it, so the next morning Mack called me to tell me that my radiator was cracked and would need to be replaced. I explained I had walked to work that day because I had no other way to get there and he said the courtesy van would pick me up from work and bring me to Jennings to retrieve my Blazer when it was finished. Luckily, we had set all this up in the morning because there was a big storm that afternoon and the power went out at Jennings. The courtesy van driver came to work and brought me back to Jennings. My vehicle was finished, but the paperwork and charges could not be processed without the power. Mack estimated the amount that would be charged to my card and took my credit card information and said the receipt would be mailed to me later once the power came back up. It was a Friday and I really needed my vehicle for the weekend. The power came back on, Mack called back and said his calculations were off by a penny and then my receipt and paperwork did come in the mail. I am always pleased with the service and the way I am treated by the staff at Jennings. I have recommended the dealership to my friends and a couple of them now take their vehicles there for service. I am sure my next vehicle will also be purchased there when it's time for a new one. More
