Best customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a used Infiniti 5 years ago, and have had over the top customer service from Clark, Chris and service manager Tim. They have helped me I purchased a used Infiniti 5 years ago, and have had over the top customer service from Clark, Chris and service manager Tim. They have helped me make good choices on maintaining my older vehicle, never suggesting expensive, unnecessary repairs. I have found their integrity to be of the highest level. These gentlemen have several times saved my day when my day seemed pretty bleak. I will continue to be an infinity customer as long as they are with this service department. More

Another great service ! As soon as I hit to the entrance, Chris was ready for me. Did all the necessary thing on computer to make sure what needed to be done and to get regis As soon as I hit to the entrance, Chris was ready for me. I went and got my workout done, ate lunch. Got a call my car was ready. Just over 2 hrs. Returned picked up my finished car, cleaned inside and out. Got paperwork and left. More

Routine service I had an appt for an oil change. Someone meet me as soon as I walked in, service was done, car was washed and beautiful. I was out in just less than a I had an appt for an oil change.
