After picking up the car, I came back two days later because I had to change my credit card and I wanted to use our VIP Rewards Club Card. Chris was very helpful and took the time to make it work. Took my wife's Q70L in for an oil change & to diagnose a vibration in the steering wheel when bra Informative, knowledgeable, detailed & professional. Took my wife's Q70L in for an oil change & to diagnose a vibration in the steering wheel when braking, as well as a vibration when at 80 MPH. Explained everything in detail & walked me back to the shop to show me what was likely causing the vibration when at high speeds. Chris was on point & helpful. More
