8-year customer, and counting I am currently driving a 2012 EX35, and it is my third Infiniti. Clark and Chris and Bernadette are always gracious, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They recognize me, and treat me like family. I am impressed, as always with the quality and integrity I find in this great dealership with every visit. I consider my entire range of experience with these people to be above and beyond. Above and Beyond I have brought by 2005 FX45 to these guys since I bought it and have always been happy. A few days ago my car needed fixed...and fast. As a working mom I needed transportation and Rob went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle to drive and that I was happy. Chris made sure I was taken care of quickly and explained the necessary service thoroughly. I recommend their service department without hesitation. Thank you all! More

A smooth, professional, direct transaction. After looking at and testing the same EX35 at 4 dealerships, I was surprised when this dealership had THE car I was looking for at a competitive price After looking at and testing the same EX35 at 4 dealerships, I was surprised when this dealership had THE car I was looking for at a competitive price and with considerably fewer miles. My salesman, Tony Drees, was straight to the point, sincere and had answers to my questions, not diversions or subterfuge. I felt comfortable from the shake of our hands. Tony changed my opinion on what used-car salespeople were. Financing was straight-forward and they found a better rate than the one I had with my financing arrangements. Brooke was very helpful, indeed. After a month, I took it in for a few questions on operations and the service people were, again, honest and helpful. Chris gets a nod for professionalism. In short, I'm a convert. More

Normal vehicle maintenance I brought my car in for routine oil change and inspection. Chris informed me that my vehicle was in need of a coolent flush and a fuel injection syst I brought my car in for routine oil change and inspection. Chris informed me that my vehicle was in need of a coolent flush and a fuel injection system cleaning. That work was done well, while I waited. The tires were rotated also. Of course, the car was washed, one of the services this service facility provides free. The waiting area was clean and I helped myself to a up of coffee. More

Patience Infiniti of Denver had serviced my G35 for 3 years. I drive a lot and it recently needed substantial work. I decided not to do the work since it ha Infiniti of Denver had serviced my G35 for 3 years. I drive a lot and it recently needed substantial work. I decided not to do the work since it had 145K, and instead apply that cost to a newer vehicle. The problem was I had a chapter 13 bankruptcy 5 years ago and knew that I would need to wait until my bankruptcy cleared before I could get a loan. Chris Madigan my service manager talked to management and they held the car for me until I could get clearance. It ended up taking a month longer than anticipated, but they hung with me. Liz Liggett would call to check in and was always very understanding. Finally, I got clearance came in and Liz got me hooked up in a car and Brooke Pennington got me financed. After 5 years of financial restraint, nothing made me feel freer than purchasing my 2011 M37. Huge kudos to all at Infiniti of Denver, and yet none of it is a surprise to me since I have had great service from day 1 with them. More
