Just an oil change, but exceptional expereince Express oil change was less than 30 minutes, including the car wash/vacuum. Great amenities in the customer lounge. Everyone was very attentive. Great experience Chris exceeded my expectations in every way. Service and communication throughout the process was great. Service Department As always Chris Madigan was exceptional. The only complaint I have is with the navigation up-grade, which has nothing to do with Chris or service As always Chris Madigan was exceptional. The only complaint I have is with the navigation up-grade, which has nothing to do with Chris or service. You have to order the up-grade, can't be bought at the dealership and than it takes forever to download it (states you need to keep vehicle running and takes at least 90 minutes to download). More
