Quick experience and no pressure I have always liked Taylor's Auto Max. The salesmen are not pushy and are very good at listening to what you are looking for. I went in on the weekend I have always liked Taylor's Auto Max. The salesmen are not pushy and are very good at listening to what you are looking for. I went in on the weekend as soon as the store opened and worked with Chris. He was straight forward and didn't try to sway me away from what I was looking for. I was able to get two test drives in, all paperwork done, and trade in completed in 3 hours. I want to give a shout out to their service department as well. They are so friendly, treat their customer's with respect, and are very good to communicate what is going on. I would definitely recommend Taylor's Auto Max for all the services they are able to provide. More

Chris Marshall, our "GO TO" guy when purchasing a new vehicl My wife and I first went looking for a new car at this dealership. Before long we were being "ganged up on" to complete the sale. Several months later, still looking a new car, I contacted Chris Marshall and told him of our first experience and told him we would deal with him and only him. Explained our needs as far as price range, fuel economy and comfort. It is a 4 ½ hour drive from our home to Great Falls. Mosts of our preliminary negotiations were by telephone and email. When we decided on what we were looking for, we arrived to test drive and "kick the tires". Chris was very professional, courteous, and was available to meet our schedule. We completed the sale that day, and feel that Chris was working for us. We are back for a second new car and will only deal with Mr. Marshall. Last month, my wife and I decided it was time to get a safer vehicle that was newer and more fuel efficient, as we are expecting our firstborn son in February 2014. In our search through local dealerships and online, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience with the freindly Chris Marshall at Taylor's Auto Max. In hearing our decision to make a purchase in a timely manner, he definitely worked hard to get us what we needed in a hurry. And in a no pressure way, we were shown several options regarding how to proceed. And on our request to finance in our own way, Chris was respectful of that decision, and patient with the bank we work with. A year or two ago, while still a single man, I purchased from Chris an SUV that I was very pleased with. His honesty and integrity was a soothing to the stressful situation that is buying a first car. Now although he doesn't work at that exact dealership any longer, I walked away feeling good about my decision, and remembered the niceness of working with him, and looked forward to the next time he and I would meet. The dealership was also a very easy place to do business as well. Very pleased to take our business, Mr. Taylor was also a very memorable experience. So knowing the personality and honesty of both Chris and Taylor's to be a great benefit to me and my family, I would like to recommend to anyone considering Taylor's Auto Max to seek the help of Chris Marshall. We came in to trade in 2 vehicles on 2 different vehicles. The first, a truck, was an easy find. Found a great vehicle that fit what we wanted for a truck perfectly. We were pretty picky on what we were going to drive home. We drove a number of different vehicles. We took up nearly all afternoon before we found what we wanted. Chris and Trent were so great to work with. They were patient, honest and never got frustrated with us. We ended up with 2 vehicles we really love! More
