I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and was
told (in a video from their own salesperson, Chris) that it included a dash cam. That was part of why I agreed to move forward with the purchase sigh

When the car was delivered to my home, I discovered the dash cam was not there. The salesperson even admitted he “made a huge mistake.” Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership turned it around on me and said I should have “done the leg work” and that the 8-hour delivery they chose to do somehow excused their error.
To make things worse, I also discovered functionality issues with the driver-side window immediately after delivery. Their response? Not to fix it — but to tell me I could “drive it back yourself and maybe speak to a manager.”
I have never experienced customer service like this — being misled about a feature, blamed for trusting what I was told, and dismissed after the sale. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that stands behind their word and their product.

Thank you for responding publicly. I appreciate the acknowledgment and responsibility taken. Before anything moves forward, I need the full resolution confirmed in writing.
To clarity my position — I do not want a dash cam simply mailed to me. I purchased the vehicle under the understanding that the dash cam was already installed, and the reason that mattered is because I have had issues in the past with loose wiring, electrical faults, and non-warrantied aftermarket installs. I only want a dash cam installed professionally and warrantied through the Toyota dealership at no cost to me.
To resolve this matter, 1 require written confirmation of the following:
1 A dealership-installed dash cam, fully warrantied, at no charge
2 A scheduled appointment for diagnostic and repair of the driver-side window issues (auto-down malfunction & incorrect app status)
3 A timeline - when the parts arrive and when installation/repair will occur
Confirmation that there will be no fees of any kind associated with these corrections
Once receive this confirmation by email, I will review and we can proceed

It’s frustrating that the better interest rate was only available to me if I added on about 4K to my total financed. Overall, I love my car and Chris was excellent.
