I recently had a not so good experience with another dealership and knew it was time to get rid of that car and leave that dealership all together! So I went to Joseph Chevrolet! Antonio “Tony” Walla dealership and knew it was time to get rid of that car and leave that dealership all together! So I went to Joseph Chevrolet! Antonio “Tony” Wallace is hands down the BEST salesman! I traded my 2021 Traverse for a 2026 Traverse and the experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to end! The managers that make the deals are so caring and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase and get everything you want! Bank wanted me to have a 2026 instead of a 2025. That didn’t stop them! I chose a 2026 model (was better overall) and they made sure my 2026 would look like the 2025 I fell in love with! Truly appreciate them! Tony, he’s the man! He goes above and beyond for his customers! He stood behind me 100% and did everything he possibly could to make sure I got the absolute best deal I could get & also everything I wanted in the new car! The customer being happy and getting what they want means more to him than the sale! The sale is the customer and being there after the sale! He doesn’t stop taking care of you… after hours and even after the deal is done, he is still there for you with whatever it is you may need! I couldn’t be more happier with my overall car buying experience at Joseph Chevrolet & working with Tony! I even referred a few of my family members there where they also purchased their new car as well! More

Our experience with Joesph Chevrolet began with a few unexpected issues with the truck, which was disappointing at first. However, the team was responsive and worked with us to understand and resolve the unexpected issues with the truck, which was disappointing at first. However, the team was responsive and worked with us to understand and resolve the problems. They took the time to make sure everything was fixed correctly and that we felt confident in our purchase.
