Since my insurance agency was closed when I completed the paperwork, the car was delivered to my home so I didn't have to drive back out to pick it up. That was a pleasant surprise and a perk I have never heard other dealerships offer. More

My experience these past couple of days couldn't be further from that .. My sales guy Seth was just awesome. knowledgeable, laid back and really quite a funny guy. He made the experience stress free and was always a phone call or email away for any questions...and he always followed through quickly. Awesome guy. The business manager Chris was also great. No pressure whatsoever, got me a good financing deal (and my credit isn't great) and he was also laid back and a pleasure to talk to. I'm really impressed with Gates and driving home tonight in my new car I asked myself "What were you so stressed about before walking into Gates? That was a pretty awesome experience!... I'll definitely recommend friends and family to Gates. More

A few minutes after we got to the lot and started looking around, Martin approached us and introduced himself to help us. We were treated well, and we never felt pressured or like there were gimmicks involved. Martin was an excellent sales representative, offered his genuine help and interest, treated us well, never pressured us, and walked us through the whole process. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, personable, and made us feel comfortable. We had done quite a bit of internet research on the Nissan Rogue, including price points at other area dealers, but we ended up buying our new car here because we felt so comfortable. The manager at Gates helped us with dealer/manufacturer incentives, offered us a great deal (better than prices we had seen from other dealers), and presented a range of financing options to make it work. Everyone was friendly and helpful through the whole process--the sales representatives, managers, and the finance team. I highly recommend Gates. More
