It was clear from the start that the staff at Gates wanted to be sure that she was totally comfortable with the whole process; getting the perfect car for her needs. We were able to take our time and did not feel sales pressure. The staff was extremely personable and knowledgeable, bending over backwards. They strove to make the process as streamlined as possible, lining up various models to help her hone in on what she liked. The trade-in value they offered for her current vehicle was very fair.
