Excellent Customer Service Skills When I arrived for my scheduled service all of the representatives were busy, but at least two acknowledged me and informed that someone would be righ When I arrived for my scheduled service all of the representatives were busy, but at least two acknowledged me and informed that someone would be right with me. I did have to wait, but they kept letting me know that I wasn't forgotten. Chris is the Service Rep that helped me and was very friendly and thanked me for my patience. When I told him that I had let the person I made the appt with know that I would need a ride back to work, but the shuttle was on that day the other side of town. Chris apologized and personally took me back to work. This was my first service with my new Rio (also my 1st Kia) and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you!! More
